Motors and rollers

Wherever material needs to be moved, conveyed, jammed or supplied, drum motors and rollers are used. Developed for a wide variety of applications, they meet the highest requirements and almost all requirements can be solved accordingly.

We offer complete conveyor modules, whether straight, curved, roller or belt conveyors. All modules are ready-to-use and flexible to install. In Giebenach, we carry out assembly and repairs ourselves.

Drum Motors

Drum motors are primarily designed for use in belt conveyors and connected conveyor systems. Drum motors enable the construction of maintenance-free and energy-efficient belt conveyor systems.

Roller conveyors:

Compared to any other means of transport, roller conveyors are at the forefront in terms of efficiency. The smooth-running idlers transport general cargo from A to B – regardless of whether they are motorized, operated by muscle power or with the help of gravity.

For example, the force to be applied to move a Euro pallet is lower with a roller conveyor than with a pallet truck. The idlers usually have two ball bearings in their side housing covers, which rotate with the roller body around a firmly clamped axis.

The rolling resistance decreases as the diameter of the idler increases. The load is distributed over several idlers and thus reduces the pressure of each individual roller on the underside of the material to be conveyed, which is particularly important for soft goods such as wooden pallets.

AluTrom

AluTrom is a lightweight, rust-proof drum made of high-quality aluminum. Due to the special construction, the shell has a very high rigidity, which reduces the possibility of deformation.
