Sliding strips and guides

Sliding strips, sliding pads, and extruded or milled guides, both straight and curved, are used in a wide range of industries, including bottling, packaging, mechanical, chemical, pharmaceutical, ceramics, glass, food processing, paper and many more. They are an ideal addition to modular belts, hinge belt/transport chains and timing belts.

The material used is a high-molecular weight polyethylene (PE), which is obtained through a low-pressure polymerization process. High molecular weight means that it has improved mechanical properties, such as shock resistance, tensile strength at high temperatures, and energy absorption under high loads.

Profiles and Drivers

Thermoplastic profiles and drivers are mainly used in general transport applications with ascents or descents, for linear motion or in applications where shear forces are applied. Profiles can be added to conveyor and process belts, as well as SYNC timing belts, to facilitate transport or product placement. Drivers, belt guides and edge barriers are available in a variety of sizes and
materials, extending the functionality of your specific solution. They are available in:
